Born and raised in Brooklyn, his journey began with volunteer work at Chai Lifeline and continued in leadership roles at Camp Simcha, where he developed a deep commitment to supporting children with special needs.

Inspired by those early experiences and guided by a “pay it forward” philosophy that good things follow from doing the right thing, after completing The PowerMBA program, Nate merged his passion for helping others with his business and leadership expertise. His vision to build a business rooted in compassionate care led to the creation of Brighter Strides ABA—a company with an inclusive approach to ABA therapy that leverages each child’s unique strengths while empowering families with guidance and support.

Today, as the Director of Operations at Brighter Strides ABA, Nate ensures that every child receives personalized care and takes great pride in the client stories of the company’s life-changing impact. By prioritizing open communication, collaboration, and positivity, he continues to strengthen the organization and remains dedicated to fostering a family-like culture for employees and client families alike.
