How it works
The Brighter Strides Referral Process
We’ve streamlined the referral process to make it easy for you and your referral—with clearly outlined steps, eligibility requirements, and rewards to thank you for helping us find valuable talent.
1. Submit a Referral
To refer an RBT, please email your HR contact with your referral’s name, contact information, and resume (if available). For BCBA referrals, please reach out to your state director.
2. Internal Submission Review
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your submission and connect with your referral. If appropriate, we will schedule an interview and guide them through the hiring process.
3. Earn Your Bonus
Once your referral meets all eligibility requirements and is officially on-boarded as a member of the Brighter Strides team, you will receive a referral bonus contingent upon their continued employment. As their referring reference, you’ll receive notifications when your referral is hired and reaches key milestones.
Bonus Structure
When you refer someone who joins the Brighter Strides team—you’re helping shape a culture built on trust, collaboration, and clinical excellence. With gratitude for this important contribution, we are delighted to offer financial incentives based on your referral’s completed days of employment.
Eligible bonuses are paid three months after the new hire’s first billable service date, provided the referring employee is still employed with the company at that time.
- BCBA Full-Time, In-State: $2,000
- BCBA Part-Time, In-State: $1,000
- BCBA Full-Time, Out-of-State: $750
- BCBA Part-Time, Out-of-State: $500
- RBT: $250
Eligibility Guidelines
- The referral must be in active status and good standing at the time of payment in order for the bonus to be paid.
- Please follow up 60 days when you know your referral started and allow two weeks for your referral bonus to be processed once final authorization has been approved.
- Bonus payouts are subject to applicable taxes.
- Managers, Directors, and personnel with hiring authorization for the referred candidates are ineligible for the referral bonus.
