The true impact of our work is best reflected in the words of our clients.
We approach every therapy session with precision and a clear focus on meaningful progress. Our ABA therapy programs are built around each child’s individual needs and adjusted over time to reflect their growth. Through regular check-ins and clinical oversight, we stay responsive to what works best and what comes next. By making continual adjustments, we ensure every step forward supports both short-term outcomes and long-term success.
While we don’t have a physical ABA therapy center in Colorado, we provide a range of flexible therapy options in situational settings, allowing children to learn and grow where they feel most comfortable. Whether you live in the Denver area or in the mountains, our team of experienced clinicians is here to meet you where you are, both literally and developmentally.
Daycare-based ABA therapy offers children the ongoing ABA support they need in a naturally supportive environment. Receiving ABA therapy in a daycare setting enables your child to practice new skills in real time under the supervision of our trained ABA professionals. Our therapists collaborate with daycare staff to reinforce strategies that help children strengthen communication, build social skills, manage transitions, and achieve developmental milestones with greater ease.
In-home therapy offers focused, one-on-one support within the comfort of your child’s everyday environment. Working within familiar routines allows our therapists to address problem behaviors, build on existing skills, and develop new habits where they occur naturally, making each session more relevant, effective, and engaging.
Afterschool ABA therapy allows children to continue developing key skills in a setting that balances structure with flexibility. Sessions are designed to address individual goals—such as managing emotions, following instructions, or practicing peer interaction—while still allowing space for play and self-expression.
On-site support at school to enhance learning and social development.

Hi, I’m Alena! I currently serve as Regional Clinical Director for Brighter Strides ABA. I have been in the field of ABA since 2016 and have worked with individuals ages 2-21 across a variety of settings including in home, schools, the community as well as clinic settings.
I have a strong passion for clinical quality and dedicated 2 years to serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the BACB.
When I do not have my nose stuck in a graph analyzing data, I love to spend time with my husband and two children going to the library, traveling, or trying a fun new place to eat!
I have been working in the field since 2015, supporting individuals across a wide age range -- from toddlers as young as 2 to adults up to age 55. My clinical experience spans both in-home and clinic-based settings, where I've served clients with diverse skill sets and support needs.
I began my career as an RBT, which gave me a strong foundation in direct implementation and built my appreciation for the impact of compassionate care and truly formed my love for the field. In 2022, I transitioned into the role of a BCBA, where I now lead with a commitment to assent-based practices and person-centered care.
I am a dedicated advocate not only for my clients but also for their families and the RBTs I supervise. I value collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and individualized programming that respects each client's autonomy and dignity.
Whether working with early learner to develop foundational communication or teens with daily living skills, I strive to foster meaningful, sustainable progress through data-informed decisions and strength-based interventions.
This is my 5th year practicing as a BCBA and I absolutely love it. Before working as a BCBA I was a special educator for 7 years. When it comes to providing ABA therapy, I am passionate about making the voices of my clients and their caregivers heard, and I will work non-stop to ensure barriers are overcome and progress is made. I'm passionate about collaboration, inclusion, and delivering high-quality results that support both team goals and community impact. In my spare time I like to go hike with my family and volunteer with a local nonprofit.
I have been in the ABA field since 2015 and continue to strive as much as possible in it! I started as a therapist for my first job out of college and as insurance rules changed, I was the first Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for my company which not only opened my eyes to so much more, but paved a new way for my career. I began my first Masters at Arizona State University in 2016 and graduated with a Masters in Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis Concentration. I passed my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam in 2019 and have continued to use my BCBA since. I also pursued a second Masters in Psychology beginning in 2022 and completed in December of 2023. Being a BCBA has brought so much joy to my life and I love this field!
