Growing up in a small frontier town in rural Utah, Angela learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and community—principles that inspired her many academic achievements and continue in her ABA practice every day.
After receiving two Outstanding Student in Psychology Awards in 2013, Angela graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology from Utah State University. She went on to study at Arizona State University, earning her Master's in Clinical/Counseling Psychology in 2018 and her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis the following year. Her experience spans research, assessment, and direct clinical work, including time at the New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute and Chrysalis, where she saw firsthand the importance of consistent, comprehensive care and community involvement. Observing the transformative power of early intervention, Angela knew she wanted to build a career in ABA therapy and join an organization that shared her vision.
Drawing on her background in neuropsychological assessment, Angela has been a dedicated and impactful Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2020. She is motivated by the joy of watching children gain confidence and thrive and committed to expanding access to high-quality ABA services in Eastern Utah to better serve local families and empower future professionals in the field.

I have experience working with children ages 1-16 across a wide range of skill levels and support needs. Currently, I have a caseload of clients and am also conducting diagnostic assessments for the Brighter Strides Psychologist. I live in Utah with my husband, and we love spending time outdoors running, mountain biking, hiking, or skiing together.

I have been in the field of ABA for over 10 years now. I was supposed to be a teacher but after stepping foot in a special education preschool classroom, my entire career path changed for the better. Most of my experience is working with little ones but I thoroughly enjoy working with any age group! One of my favorite things is doing initial assessments where I can be that first understanding person that gets to know each family and their needs. I truly enjoy this process of learning about each person individually. A fun fact about me is that I once worked at Disneyland where I met my now husband 21 years ago. We got engaged at Disneyland and our engagement video won a wedding prize package valued at over $15,000!

"I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed to practice in Utah (LBA-UT). My education includes two Bachelor’s degrees - one in Psychology and another in Human Development and Family Studies, both of which I earned from the University of Utah. I later earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University, graduating with distinction.
I’ve worked in the field of ABA since 2018, starting out as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), advancing into a Lead RBT (LRBT) role, and now practicing as a BCBA. My time as an RBT gave me valuable experience in direct care, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting meaningful data, and forming strong connections with clients and families. As a BCBA, I’ve built on that foundation through conducting assessments, developing treatment programs, providing clinical supervision, and mentoring RBTs.
In addition to managing a caseload, I am also the Director of RBT Development in Utah. In this role, I oversee the Lead RBT program and support the onboarding, training, and professional growth of our behavior technicians. My focus is on ensuring quality care for our clients while helping staff grow within the field.
And a little about me—I was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia. My husband and I are proud parents of 4 kids (3 boys and a girl), and we love to travel any chance we get!"
