Hi, I’m Alena! I currently serve as Regional Clinical Director for Brighter Strides ABA. I have been in the field of ABA since 2016 and have worked with individuals ages 2-21 across a variety of settings including in home, schools, the community as well as clinic settings. I have a strong passion for clinical quality and dedicated 2 years to serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the BACB. When I do not have my nose stuck in a graph analyzing data, I love to spend time with my husband and two children going to the library, traveling, or trying a fun new place to eat!

Victoria Hochart, commonly referred to as Tori, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with a diverse background in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and later became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) before her current role as BCBA. Tori’s experience as an RBT gives her a unique perspective on supporting RBTs in their roles with clients. She has worked in various settings, including clinical, high-needs behavior school, public school, and crisis-home settings for adults experiencing severe challenging behavior. Early Intervention is her specialty however and when she joined Brighter Strides ABA in the in-home setting, she recognized the perfect alignment of her expertise and the organization’s mission. Tori is passionate about teaching children essential skills like functionally communicating their wants and needs, acquiring replacement behaviors to meet their diverse needs while simultaneously reducing challenging behaviors, and increasing social skills for engagement and play, and early learning and attention skills for school readiness. She dedicates her efforts to early intervention due to the critical period of skill development in children. Tori values working directly with her client’s parents to establish a strong foundation, enabling the client and their family to gain skills that ease everyday struggles. She strives to create a collaborative team approach which establishes a supportive setting conducive to the client’s growth, development, and well-being. She also advocates for advancing ABA in the utilization of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices and has become an authorized continuing education provider through the BACB and IBAO. When not supporting clients and their families, she’s spending time outside with her own family, likely on the water, either in a canoe, kayak or in her sailboat that is as old as she is.
