I am a BCBA-D with over 20 years experience. I have provided services in home, in clinic, in the community, in school settings, and in residential settings for individuals of all ages and needs. My primary interests include the reduction of maladaptive behavior, skill acquisition, and the biological basis of behavior. I was a Department of Justice Consultant in Texas and I successfully treated many individuals with life-threatening behaviors. I have a son on the Spectrum and he has been one of my best teachers.
"I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a post-master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 5 years—beginning as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and now serving as a BCBA. My experience spans in-home, in-clinic, and in-school settings, supporting clients across diverse environments and needs. Throughout my ABA career, I have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum ranging from ages 2 to 18. I have provided support in various environments including homes, clinics, schools, and through telehealth. I am skilled in implementing evidence-based interventions and conducting assessments such as the VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, SRS-2, Socially Savvy, ABLLS-R, and PDDBI. I also have experience working with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring conditions, such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I truly believe in teaching ABA by using each individual’s motivation and providing them with autonomy. My approach is trauma-informed, always seeking to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for clients and families. I focus on fostering engagement, emotional safety, and meaningful progress through personalized, learner-centered interventions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three fur kids, who I lovingly train using ABA techniques. My passion for behavior analysis continues to guide both my professional work and personal interests."

Hi there! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), officially stepping into my BCBA role in 2020. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with both children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions across a variety of settings—including in-home, clinic-based, schools, and even via telehealth. Each environment has taught me how to adapt, connect, and deliver care that’s both meaningful and fun. I pride myself on being a strong communicator and a creative thinker—whether that means collaborating with families and teams, building engaging behavior supports, or finding new ways to turn everyday moments into learning opportunities. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all, and I enjoy customizing supports to help individuals thrive in their own unique way. And just for fun—a little about me outside of work: I’m a travel lover, gym rat in the best way, and a total foodie. From street tacos to sushi, if it’s edible, I’m probably down to try it. So whether we’re working on a behavior plan or swapping restaurant recs, I’m all in.
